Terms and Conditions

1.Booking, Payment and Confirmation:

1. Full payment is required to secure the online booking/reservation.
2. Upon receipt of the booking and payment, Gracey Dive Resort Dauin will send a confirmation email of tour.
3. The reservation is considered confirmed only after the full payment is received by Gracey Dive Resort Dauin.

2 Re-booking Policy:

1. Guests may request to re-book their reservation for the Apo Island Snorkeling and Dive Tours by contacting resort designated personnel / Gracey Dive Resort at least 48 hours before the scheduled booked tour date.
2. Re-booking requests are subject to availability, and Gracey Dive Resort Dauin will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the requested change.
3. Re-booking requests made within 4 days of the original tour date may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy:

1. Guests may cancel their reservation for the Apo Island Snorkeling and Dive Tours by contacting resort designated personnel / Gracey Dive Resort at least 48 hours before the scheduled booked tour date.
2. Cancellation notices received at least 5 days prior to the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a full refund less non-refundable fees (DENR/PAMBI) and administration fees.
3. Cancellation notices received within 2-4 days of the scheduled tour date may result in a partial refund, with the amount to be determined based on the incurred costs and operational considerations.
4. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time.

4. Refund Policy:

1. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
2. The refund amount, if applicable, will be determined based on the cancellation policy mentioned above.
3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise specified by the guest.
4. Gracey Dive Resort Dauin reserves the right to deduct any applicable administrative fees, bank charges, or other costs associated with processing the refund.

5. Force Majeure:

1. Gracey Dive Resort Dauin reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel Apo Island Snorkeling and Dive Tours in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
2. In such cases, Gracey Dive Resort Dauin will make reasonable efforts to notify guests in advance and provide alternative arrangements or a refund.

6. Guest Responsibilities:

1. Guests are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information to facilitate communication regarding re-booking, cancellation, or refund matters.
2. Guests are encouraged to review and understand the terms and conditions outlined herein before making a reservation.

Amendments to Terms:
Gracey Dive Resort Dauin reserves the right to amend these Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official communication channels.By participating in the Apo Island Snorkeling and Dive Tours, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
